Context

From plants to pavers, one catalogue.

From houseplants to trees, from pavers to bulk materials, Faucher Plantes & Pavés, formerly Faucher Botanix, supports garden and landscaping projects. The company welcomes customers in La Prairie, Bromont and Sherbrooke, and also offers an online catalogue along with design, sketching and planting services.

The challenge A single cart can combine plants, accessories and bulk materials. These products don't all follow the same rules: quantities, weight, service area and fulfillment options all have to be taken into account. The task was to turn this reality into a clear shopping journey without losing the richness of the horticultural catalogue.
The solution

A store built for gardening.

A catalogue built for gardening Departments, subcategories, filters and detailed product pages to explore the offering.
Data connected to operations Prices and stock synchronized with Acceo Omni, plus a dashboard to manage the store.
Delivery at the heart of the journey Shipping, local delivery or in-store pickup, with a calculator for bulk orders.
A storefront that follows the seasons Homepage, banners, gardening advice and flyers, all editable from a single tool.

Mandate

Rethinking the site and its shopping experience.

Rethink the entire website and its shopping experience, while keeping the main sections of the existing catalogue.

The new platform also had to connect to the Acceo Omni point-of-sale and inventory system, and give the Faucher team the tools to manage its products, content and orders.

What we did

Shopping rules turned into a clear journey.

Navigation by department and subcategory, filters and detailed product pages help customers explore the offering. Gardening advice and the company's services round out the shopping experience.

The platform relies on price and stock synchronization with Acceo Omni. The dashboard lets the team manage the catalogue, orders and site content.

The result
